Strategic Thinking with Rebecca Poretsky

When things feel uncertain, strategic thinking and decision-making skills often go out the window. In this mini-workshop, we'll help you pick up the vocabulary and skills to notice when a decision - or process- is likely to go awry. You'll become a prediction engine, asking the right kinds of questions to improve the quality of other people's thinking. We'll also discuss ways that you and your managers can better diagnose strategic thinking issues across the organization and earn a seat at any decision-making table.

Rebecca specializes in developing collaboration and innovation skills. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco and led experiential learning programs at Apple University. Rebecca has combined her expertise in design thinking, applied improvisation, and facilitation to train leaders and teams around the world.
